Fisher Electrical was established in Shrewsbury over 30 years ago and, with the same management team in place, we have grown to become one of the region’s leading and most trusted contracting companies for all types of electrical work.

Fisher Electrical are specialists in every aspect of electrical work including installation, testing and maintenance and we are happy to work on single projects or long-term contracts to suit any client’s needs.

Our team of directly-employed electricians is fully qualified to work to guidelines from the Institute of Electrical Engineers (IEE) and the latest BS7671 Wiring Regulations. They are also trained in all aspects of health and safety in the workplace which is externally managed for us to ensure full compliance. We also have Approved Contractor and Domestic Installer accreditation from NICEIC.

Our fleet of vehicles is fitted with tracking so that we can keep you accurately updated with timings. We also have our own fleet of access equipment to save our clients time and costs, and our operators are all IPAF certified.

Our specialist experience includes working in historic and Grade 1 listed properties for the National Trust and, for these projects, Fisher Electrical provide the skills to combine practical problem solving with safeguarding the often fragile decorations and building structures. We are also one of the few electrical contractors who still offer MICC / pyro cabling for situations where power and control circuits of critical equipment must be protected from fire.

We regularly take on apprentices to support young people in gaining meaningful qualifications, and to maintain skill levels within the construction industry.
